3.1.1 Pressure Gauges

1. Check, fittings, tubing if any rusted or leakage.
2. Check for impulse tubing.
3. Checks fill of glycerin if required.
4. Calibrate gauge.
5. Fill up calibration report, spares required/consumed details.

3.2 SWITCHS
3.2.1 Level switches & Float checklist
1. Check power supply voltage.
2. Check micro switch functionality.
3. Check float switch NO/NC acting
4. Checks switch connections tightness.
5. Tight connections in JB.
6. Fill up calibration report, spares required/consumed details.
