TRAVELLING DAY
DAY 1 a)Assemble and setting shroud block into upper half turbine casing, 1st,2nd,3rd. stage for
the purpose of marking dowel pin holes (at site)
DAY 2 Dismantling of shourd block
After marking take out shroud block from casing and drilling
DAY 3 a) SETTING of jig for drilling dowel pins holes for
First stage shroud block - 48 pcs
Second stage shroud block - 48 pcs
Third stage shroud - 32 pcs
DAY 4
Drill shroud
DAY 5 Remove broken bolts
DAY 6 a)Assemble and setting shroud block into lower half turbine casing, 1st,2nd,3rd. stage for
the purpose of marking dowel pin holes (at site)
DAY 7 Dismantling of shourd block
After marking take out shroud block from casing and drilling
DAY 8
Drill shroud 1st,2nd,3rd
DAY 9 Setting FSN support Ring Nozzle &
marking pin hole into lower half turbine
casing

DAY 10 Drilling FSN support Ring Nozzle pin
