PRD DECISION

This case is decided based on the records produced and as per NFS Procedural Guidelines. The Commi
ttee examined EJ / JP as a primary document and corroborative evidences (wherever applicable) such
as Switch Report, Cash Certificate,Issuer Submission Form and Acquirer Submission Form – relevant
to this arbitration case.
Customer attempted for Rs 10000/- and is disputing for the entire amount of Rs 10000/-. EJ log ref
lects clearly that the disputed transaction is successful. There are successful cash withdrawal tr
ansactions preceding and succeeding the disputed transaction. There are no errors printed in the E
J for disputed transaction. In view thereof the decision has been given in favour of Acquiring Ban
