Our hypothesis

● The criteria we chose to evaluate work ethic were hours


spent studying and the amount of classes a student would
miss.
● People on scholarship have to maintain a certain GPA-Thus
they will study more and rarely miss class.
● Out-of-state students will study more than in-state
students because tuition is more expensive and they need
to keep their scholarships.

Conclusion
● Students that received both a grant and a scholarship had
the highest percentage of students who missed 0 classes a
week.
● In-state students had a higher percentage of students who
missed 0 classes a week than out-of-state students.
● Students that received both a grant and a scholarship
studied the most per week on average.
● In-state students studied the most per week on average.
● We incorrectly predicted that out-of-state students would
have a better work ethic than in-state students by a
small margin.
