project will create a big centralization of pig Production, will become the most
active agricultural business in a particular province, and good accommodation
service.

-To help the people who are in economic situations. That can help themselves
in creating a new agricultural livelihood. And a good farming communication.

MISSION:
-to produce a lot of branches if the business would become a successful
company. And become the most supplier of pigs in terms of good care and
service.

OBJECTIVES:
-To have enough supply of foods to the pigs.
-To give exact amount of salary per day for the workers.
-Have a good care to prevent them in any such diseases.
-To have a supply of vitamins.
-To produce a lot of litters and give them a proper care.
-To improve my skills in strategies and proper accommodation services.
-To produce a good meat into pig’s body.
-to have a good and a lot of income so that the business always had enough
supplies in the farm.
-A good communication so that the people would recommend the business to the
other people and get a good reviews about the business.
-To make the business a good quality production of pigs. And a marketing supply.

-this business is owned by jhune froilan. He wants to build up a business farm.
This business is to promote piggery farms and supplies. Luckily, he owned a
land which is perfect to build up a piggery business. And perfect dealing for
the people who are interest to buy.
HISTORY:
It has no history records in this business. But it is been approved to promote a
piggery business to increase my interest in taking responsibility for this. That
this will keep increasing its improvement, an active business, and a profitable
business marketing.
LOCATION:
-if this business built up and finished, for the start of this business will be
located in the first arc of Dardarat Tagudin Ilocos Sur. Proximately, 3
kilometers from town of tagudin. And it is only the piggery farming and
marketing prone to this area.

MARKET ANALYSIS:
Background to the market:
-this marketing business in pig production is for the people who are
interested in piggery farming. Whether the person is a low or high income
earner. The price is depend to the size and weight of a pig and even the food
supplies. The business area is large enough to fit the particular area such as
the pig shelter, food supplies, trucks and etc. That will increase the growth of
the market business. The income that we earn might enough to salary, needs,
and taxes.
COMPETETIVE COMPARISON:
-Since pig marketing is mostly found on near town’s market. The place for my
business will be lesser competitors. The location for my business will be an
easy service for the people. And since my piggery business is away from the
competitors, there would be no such problem for the people seeking and
waiting for supplies. And since this business is new, this will keep the
improvement of my skills. And increase the advantages of my business
marketing strategy.

STRATEGY:
-I intend to increase my pig litters through mating or in artificial insemination.
So that if the sow would give birth, I intend to sell out those litters to increase
my profit and improvement of the piggery farm. To increase my costumer
service, I intend to make some low prices and discounts for example the
supplies of pig feeds are sale in every 2 months will occur. And in for the pigs
are sale once a year. And discounted for owner’s relatives and registered
people in this business. So the aim of this business strategy is to increase the
costumers and daily profits.

DISTRIBUTION AND PROMOTION STRATEGY

-To distribute the strategy to be really approachable, I intend to introduce my
business in public in a way of giving business cards. And introduce my
business also in social media to make my business more interesting. So that
my piggery business will long run and a fair competition.

since the business will begin until the business will have a finishing layout of
the piggery farming.
