consecutively three times. He is my real hero and my best friend ever. He always helps me a lot in my
any difficulty. He is an internet marketing manager in a limited company in Islamabad. He is very
famous person in his office as well as in the society because of his gentleness and politeness. He is very
intelligent man and always helps others in their problems. He is the boss of my family and gives advice
and instruction to every family member. He solves problems of the neighbors. He takes me to school on
every PTM and discusses my performance with my teacher. My father has always been an honest

My mother is the most important person in my life. Her name is Meena. She is very beautiful
and kind hearten lady. She takes care of all of us. She gets up early in the morning and complete her
house hold work. She cooks delicious food for us. She look after the home. She helps me to do my
home-work. she makes me ready for school. My mother tells me lovely story at night. She teaches
me to always be in discipline and behave in well manners. She is my first teacher. She is the one who
spends her sleepless nights during my sickness and other bad days. She happily involves in my
happy moments and understands my likes and dislikes. I can express my any feeling and share
whatever I have in my mind with her. She is a very good singer. She sings ‘Bhajan’ in the morning
which makes me feel happy. A mother is only one in everyone’s life whom another can never replace
her in our heart.

i. Dictionaries:
Dictionaries contain most of any language and their meanings. It also tell what part of speech each
word belong to. They tell how each how word is pronounced. They tell original origin of the word,

iv. Encyclopedias:
An encyclopedia gives a summary of information on just every subject you can think of it is often
made up of 10 or 20 books called volumes.

Almanacs are mini-encyclopedias. They are full of facts. They tell a tiny bit about many subjects
since most almanacs come out yearly. They contain the most current information.

i. Three good reasons to use a library are (a) the library contains books and magazines for
readers having different level and taste. The library has encyclopedias which help in
finding any sort of information needed by the person. It also has computers and internet
facilities to connect with the world and check & mail. (b) The library contains each and
every information. The library has yearly subscription and security. (c) The library helps
us in finding jobs and information about colleges and universities all near the world.

ii. The two ways books are listed in the card catalog are (a) by title, subject and (b)
authors in alphabetical order.

iii. Call number is the Dewey decimal number by which a book is arranged on the
library shelf.

iv. The main reasons to use a dictionary are:

The library is set up to help us find what we need quickly and easily
Each library has a Librarian who will always help us with special requests.
The library has books and magazines for readers who have different reading tastes and
levels.
The library can help us with your studies by allowing us to have as many books as us need.
