FAJUTAGANA with office at 1500 Taft Avenue, Ermita, Manila, Phillipines 1000, hereinafter referrred to as the LESSOR -and- IRENEO JASA, likewise of legal age, and with postal address at Stall No. 3, 23 72 Taft Avenue corner Arnaiz, Avenue, Pasay City, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE; WITNESSETH THAT WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the registerred owner of a certain commerical units (“Stall No. 1"), located at 2372 Taft Avenue corner A.
