HEALTH PROTOCOL ON RETURNING FACULTY AND SEMINARIANS

The threat of COVID 19 is real as seen in the more than a million infections and more than twenty
thousand deaths in the country. With this serious and life threatening situation we cannot do otherwise
than to follow a strict protocol to ensure each ones safety in order to achieve the plans required for this
academic year.

The following are the guidelines for the coming/returning faculty and seminarians beginning June 2021:

1. Faculty and seminarians who are sick / not feeling well are advised to stay at home/parish and
travel only if having favourable health conditions;
2. All returning faculty and seminarians are obliged to undergo a minimum Antigen Test and only
those with negative results are advised to come. Those with positive results need to coordinate
the process of isolation and healing with their supervisors/parish assignments.
3. Buy the necessary personal effects, toiletries, snacks, etc. before coming for you will be
quarantined for seven days upon arrival.
4. Upon arrival you have to enter the Triage for body temperature, hand washing, disinfection of
bags before entering the dormitory.
5. The minimum health protocol of wearing face mask, face shield and social distancing will be
strictly observed while inside the campus, inside the rooms and physically distanced dining are
arranged for seven days.
6. We know how you missed each other but we discouraged big groupings, loud talking, laughing,
and singing for seven days upon arrival to the seminary.
7. Do not hide your sickness and inform the proper authorities when experiencing physical
discomfort due to health problems.
