Mac and Cheese
COOK THE BACON ( Put half pack of bacon and cook it in a pot
until crisp. Set aside.)
MAKE THE SAUCE (Over medium heat melt the 2 tbs of butter in
a saucepan then stir in the flour. Cook for 1 min more, then
gradually whisk in the milk until you have a lump-free sauce. Cook
for 5 mins, whisking all the time until thickened.)
BOIL THE MACARONI ( Put some water in a pot and add 1tbs of
salt. Bring to boil and measure 300 g of macaroni. Put them in the
boiling water and leave them 7 mins, stirring until almost done.
Drain and leave aside.)
