 Mengkonfirmasi ke PT DCM bersama Pak Wawan dengan memberikan surat pengantar dari
pihak kampus untuk PT DCM diteruskan kepada pebimbing lapangan.
 Melakukan pengenalan beberapa karyawan PT DCM.

22 Januari 2019
 Datang langsung ke proyek summarecon Bandung.
 Mengenal kondisi lapangan proyek summarecon Bandung.
 Mempelajari secara langsung proyek ducting yang sedang dikerjakan PT DCM.
 Mempelajari struktur yang ada pada pekerjaan proyek ducting.

 Menyelesaikan pembuatan kurva s dengan benar.

 Mampu membuat sketsa proyek ducting menggunakan autocad.

 Pada saat melakukan survey secara langsung ke summarecon bandung untuk melihat kondisi
proyek ducting cluster Cynthia sedikit terhambat karena masalah perizinan.
 Pihak PT DCM masih belum bisa menyelesaikan proyek dikarenakan sebagian lahan pada cluster
Cynthia belum siap.

G. Technical Project Issues

 Pengerjaan pada excel masih manual, tidak menggunakan formula yang ada untuk lebih
memudahkan dalam perhitungan.

 Bapak Arnes selaku project manager bagian konstruksi jaringan sedang menjalankan proyek
ducting pada area ruko, cluster magna, cluster Cynthia.
 Memberikan arahan pada pekerja yang sedang mengerjakan proyek ducting.

 Kurang baik dalam perencanaan awal sehingga tidak ada perencanaan durasi untuk setiap
pekerjaannya. Sehingga untuk membuat kurva s perlu mengestimasi durasi proyeknya.
