INTRODUCTION

Please observe proper indention. Use font 12 (Font Calibri or Arial). Paginate each page

at the bottom right corner of the paper. The size of your paper should be 8 ½” by 11”. Please

take note that the titles should be font 14.

Also please set your spacing to 2.0 and if you have subheadings, use Small and Capital

letters, such as the following.

Subheading 1

Set the subheading in bold font. Moreover, each section must follow the color coding

assigned to you for submission of final paper.

For Section A, bind your papers using a red short sliding folder. For Section B, use blue

and green for Section C. The deadline for submission of your final paper will be on April 10, 2017

until 4:00 p.m. A deduction of 10 points will be imposed for late submission that week. If you

submit later than the Holy Week, an additional 5 point deduction will already be imposed, and

so with the week thereafter.

Improve on your discussion of results and conclusion. Some of you did not give depth to

your discussion, nor supplemented claims with research findings from other studies. Others did

not observe coherence or provide smooth flow of the discussion of ideas, so that new ideas and

graphs just came popping up in every paragraph. You have to consider every finding as part of

an entire essay that must be woven altogether coherently and logically.

For the Appendices

I only expect “signed letters” to be included therein. Do not reprint and insert unsigned

drafts that gain no point at all, just so you will be able to complete the papers. You should have

kept a copy for yourself in the first place. For the consent/waiver, an approved (even if unsigned

by respondent) copy is enough. Include the approved survey questionnaire without the

correction marks please.

For the Portfolio

Arrange your documents accordingly per quarter. Improve it. Use proper labeling and

post nametags on the cover of your clearbook. Observe neatness and orderliness. Make sure

that your clearbook binder still holds the inserted documents. I found some defective binders

already. Please replace them.

Let me make this clear. I will grade your portfolio based on the required documents

included therein and not on circumstances that are based on memory. You are 84 all in all, and

I do not have the leisure to memorize everything that transpires. After all, it is a portfolio of

actual required documents and not a set of reminders of what you may have claimed to have

performed but may have lost documentation of it.
