What was the purpose of this writing assignment?

The purpose of the writing assignment was to understand how Chaucer defined honor, love and gender-roles,
especially during his time.

How did you perform in relation to the expectations of the writing rubric?
In relation to the writing rubric I did alright, it wasn’t to the best of my abilities, I believe I lacked in certain
criteria’s. I lacked in the language and vocabulary area in my opinion because I used basic vocabulary.

What aspect of this piece did you do well? (give example/quotes to support claims)
I did well with staying on topic and proving evidence for my claim. I also had great organization throughout
my writing assignment.

Why have you/haven’t you chosen to revise this writing assignment?

I chose to revise this assignment because some of my mistakes went over my head without me realizing. I had
some contraction words in my assignment, and had some punctuation issues.

What will you do better in your next writing assignment, and how will I do it?
On my next writing assignment I will do better on my punctuation and work on expanding my essays. I will
let others look at my essay to catch mistakes that passed by me and also provide info I could write more on.

To what degree of success did you achieve your previously stated goal(s)?
My goal for this assignment was to get 85% or more, because I got a 90% I have reached my goal.
