What was the purpose of this writing assignment?

The purpose of this writing assignment was to know the values that the Anglo-Saxon’s honored. To learn
what a tale of Hero was. Also to further practice on how to write a proper essay.

How did you perform in relation to the expectations of the writing rubric?
I think I preformed that as I wished I would had. I totally rushed this essay. I did not plan the essay all the
way before I started typing. I only planed it halfway before it was getting close to when we had to turn it in.

What aspect of this piece did you do well? (give example/quotes to support claims)
The aspect I think I did well is in choosing the quotes to put in my essay. I think I also did well in choosing
what was most valued and writing it.

Why have you/haven’t you chosen to revise this writing assignment?

I’ve chosen to revise this writing assignment to try and improve my writing skills. To see what I can fix to
make my essay better. Try to see what I lack in writing or what I am good at writing.

What will you do better in your next writing assignment, and how will I do it?
I will do better in writing a thesis, to get my thoughts written down correctly. Try to make more sense in what
I am trying to write. I have to plan better before I start typing. Get my thoughts properly collected and see
how I’m going to write into my essay.

To what degree of success did you achieve your previously stated goal(s)?
In some degree I did achieve my goal by taking my time in the planning process. I tried not to rush the whole
planning process but in the end I do because I’m taking way to long.
