I am Dave L. Canumhay, 27 years of age, single, Filipino, a graduate of AB-

Sociology and currently a 3rd year student of Law in Josefina Herrera Cerilles
State College, Pagadian City. I had passed the Career Service Professional
Eligibility examination last April 25, 2010 obtaining a general rating of 81.14
conducted in St. Columban College, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur. And I
am applying for Fire Officer 1.

I do believe that I possess the essential education, skills, ability and experience
that your prestigious Bureau of Fire Protection needs in every applicant for FIRE
OFFICER 1 to be able to effectively serve the interest of the community and
promote the general welfare of the society.
