I am KELVIN C. GRAJO, 24 years of age, married, Filipino, a graduate of

Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics. I had passed the
Career Service Professional Eligibility last April 2016 obtaining with a
general rating of 75.00 conducted in Lucena, City. I am applying for the
position of Fire Officer 1.
