completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Our Lady of Fatima University. I have also
successfully obtained Standard First Aid, Basic Life certifications.

I have possessed a strong foundation of nursing, both theoretically and in skills; will utilize
critical thinking skills to provide quality nursing service to the public in a client oriented,
collaborative approach to patient care; will interact with patients, their families and the health
team to come up with holistic plans of care. I sure have a very good ability to meet the required
standard for Staff Nurse position.

Furthermore, it has been my sincere desire to be able to serve our fellow Manileños. Hence, it
