Dear Mrs. XXX,

With regret and anticipation, I am writing this letter to inform you of my resignation as a Staff Nurse,
effective immediately from the date stated above.

I have decided that it is time to move on with my current status here in XXX. The reason is due to a fact
that I will be leaving the country some time late September or Early October for Australia as I pursue my
dreams of becoming an excellent Nurse. I have wished to submit this letter as immediate as possible to
give me some ample time to prepare myself from leaving the country.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work here at XXX as a Staff Nurse. I understand that it is very
hard to find a job here in the Philippines but it is inevitable that I must post this letter so that proper
authorities are noted and informed. I would like to acknowledge the fact that in my work here in this
institution it has greatly improved my skills clinically with the help of some of my colleagues which are
very helpful in leveling me up, from being inexperienced, to being a novice, and to what I have gained
now – Nurse III in Medical-Surgical Unit of this institution. It is in no doubt that I will be bringing this
experience to the future company or hospital that I will be applying for and using it to my advantage.

If needed that transition needs to be done, please be assured that I am reachable through this contact
number – XXX, or this email – XXX, and will extend my help from there.

I wish both you and XXX continued success and the good blessings of our Lord. Thank you for having me
as part of this institution.

Sincerely,

XXX, RN
