Important Instructions for Preliminary Medical Examination followed by

Professional Competency Assessment (PCA) for the post of Security Agent :


Lucknow & Varanasi
1. Candidates must bring the following documents along with them at the time of appearing for the
Preliminary Medical Examination followed by the Professional Competency Assessment (PCA)

i) The lower portion of the Admit Card issued for Written Test.

ii) 02 Passport size photographs.

iii) Original documents along with copies of documents such as 10th pass certificate for date of birth,
Graduation Mark sheet/Pass Certificate, SC/ST/OBC certificate if applicable in the prescribed format.
For OBC category the certificate should be as per the central list of OBC’s published by the
Government of India. Please note that the validity of Non-Creamy layer should not be older than 6
months from the date of eligibility.

iv) Hilly area certificate (If applicable)

v) EWS certificate.

2. The dress code for appearing for the PCA is Formal attire.

3. Your candidature is purely provisional . If at any stage it is found that you do not fulfill the
prescribed eligibility criteria for the post of Security Agent, as advertised, your candidature will be
rejected.

4. No request for change of Venue, date or time will be entertained under any circumstances for
appearing for the Preliminary Medical Examination followed by PCA.

5. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature of the applicant.
