Important Information for Common Recruitment Examination (CRE-AIIMS 2023)

Examination Schedule
Note:-To appear in examination, candidates have to exercise choice & preference of AIIMS for
all applied post by 17th December 2023 and download their admit card. However, candidates
can edit their choices & order of preference of AIIMS against their applied post till 11:30 PM of
18th December 2023.

The examination is scheduled on 18th December 2023 and 20th December 2023 as per the detail
given below:

Day 1: 18-12-2023 (Monday)

 Morning Shift: 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

 Evening Shift: 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM

Day 2: 20-12-2023 (Wednesday)

 Evening Shift: 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM

In view of applications for multiple posts by a large number of candidates, a candidate may be
required to appear in more than one shift. Hence, all are required to check their admit card for
the exact date and time of examination and report as per reporting time mentioned in the admit
card.
Changes in centre, time, date, etc., are not allowed under any circumstance, and any
request/representation in this regard will not be entertained.
As per the scheme of examination, there is a chance that one paper may be meant for more than
one post for both the general part and the domain part. For the syllabus of the examination, see
the scheme of the examination published separately on the website.
This shall be subjected to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the
Advertisement/notices published on the website www.aiimsexams.ac.in.

Admit Card
1. An Admit Card is an important document and is mandatorily required for entry into the
Examination Centre along with Valid Identity proof. Please carry an Admit Card that has a
clear print of your uploaded photograph and your signature on the above Declaration,
preferably in colour, on the day of examination.
2. Those candidates who have applied for more than one post, the registration ID, Category
and D.O.B. reflected in the admit card pertains to the post from which the admit card has
been downloaded. However, for all post respective registration No., Category and D.O.B.
etc. as per registration slip of respective post will be applicable.
3. If any candidate found trying to appear in examination by providing false information such
as false PWBD status to evade fees, false category and qualification criteria will be treated
malpractice and use unfair means and suitable action will be taken including cancellation
of candidature and other penal action as per rules.
4. Admit card is issued provisionally based on information provided in the application form
without any scrutiny of eligibility criteria, category, experience, etc., just to allow to appear
in the Examination. Candidature will be cancelled if any discrepancy at any stage, as per
published advertisement, notices on the website.
5. The Admit Card must be downloaded from www.aiimsexams.ac.in using your login
credentials on My Page using the [https://creaiims.aiimsexams.ac.in/] link through the
Recruitment tab. No hard copy will be posted to you.
6. If you have applied for more than one post, there will be a common admit card containing
details of the examination scheduled on different dates and times for different posts. All
candidates must check the posts applied for and the admit card issued and bring in notice
of any discrepancy immediately through My Page.
7. At the best effort, the same examination centre has been allotted for common candidates
(candidates applied in more than one post) for all examinations; however, in some cases,
they will be in different examination centres but within the same cities.
8. In cases where the examination is scheduled in different examination centres in a city,
there will be separate admit cards for each day. Please bring an admit card to the
examination centre as per schedule.
9. Print TWO copies of the Admit Card (Full page with all content) for each shift of time,
different dates & times of the scheduled examination: One copy is required for the
Examination, and the other is to be preserved for the other formalities should you be
selected.
10. Please read the notice published on the website www.aiimsexams.ac.in regarding the
details of the scheme of examination. Avoid raising unnecessary queries and questioning
processes rather than following the process. It is important to strictly follow the process
and scheme of the examination published as per the decision of the competent authority
to avoid cancellation of candidature.
11. It is expected that a candidate should not be involved in unfair practices in the interest of
the smooth conduct of the examination.

PROCEDURE:
1. The eligible candidates will have to exercise choice and order of preference of AIIMS against
an applied post in the portal before downloading the admit card.

2. A candidate must exercise choice and order of preference for all posts before being enabled
to download the admit card. For a candidate who has not exercised choice before the closing
date or deleted choices and preferences, the candidature will stand cancelled as deemed
withdrawn. No further query will be entertained in this regard.
3. The Online portal will allow candidates to make choices of AIIMS as per his/her eligibility. The
candidate can arrange the choices in the desired order of preference. The choices can be
edited and reordered before the admit card download.
4. Till 18th December 2023, upto 11:30 PM a candidate can edit his/her choice of institutes and
order of preferences. However, a candidate who failed to exercise preferences/choices of
institutes before download of admit card will be treated not eligible and admit card will not
be issued.
5. Kindly note that the choices cannot be edited and reordered after closing date of exercising
of Choice. The allocation will be done as per choices made by the candidates and merit
obtained in CBT Examination.
6. All the candidates who are allocated seats are mandatorily required to report in-person (for
reporting and/or joining), to allocated Institute within 5 days of declaration of result with all
original documents including category certificate, NOC etc. Respective allocated Institute may
extend the date and time reporting at the discretion of respective competent authority at the
respective allocated Institute. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained at AIIMS,
New Delhi.
7. Candidates availing constitutional reservation must show valid proof of their claim for
reserved seat at the reporting Institute. In case they do not possess a valid certificate then
their claim for the allocated reserved seat will be nullified, and candidature will be treated as
void ab initio. No further correspondence for change in category, claim for other seats will be
entertained.
8. Candidates availing PWBD horizontal reservation must show valid proof of their claim for
allocated reserved seat at the reporting Institute. Confirmation of appointment shall be
subject to verification of Disability by Medical Board of respective AIIMS. In case they do not
possess a valid certificate then their claim for the reserved seat allocated will be nullified, and
candidature will be treated as void ab initio. No further correspondence for change in
category, claim for other seats will be entertained.
9. All disputes pertaining to the conduct of the CRE-AIIMS by AIIMS, New Delhi and Online Seat
Allocation / Counselling will be subject to the jurisdiction of High Court of Delhi only.

Please see your admit card for detail of reporting time and examination centre.
It is mandatory to appear in both General as well as Domain Part of the respective applied post
failing which candidate will be treated as absent.
General Paper:
There will be a common General Paper containing 40 MCQs for 45 Minutes for group of posts
common as mentioned below as per scheme published in the advertisement.

There will be Domain Specific Paper containing 40 MCQs for 45 Minutes for a group of posts as
mentioned below as per scheme published in advertisement. The Schedule of examination will
be notified through admit card.
Domain Paper Code as mentioned below means there will be a single domain specific Paper for
the mentioned group of posts as per scheme of Examination published.

one domain paper code and are scheduled in the same shift, one paper will start after end of
other domain specific paper where each domain paper code will be of 45 minutes.

Based on Total Marks obtained for application for posts and applicable qualifying criteria merit will be prepared
post wise for each post in published 100 group posts. AIIMS will be allocated as per best choice. For a reserve
category candidate qualifying as general candidate will be allocated best choice out of unreserved or reserved
seats as per exercised choice. In case of reserve candidate allocated a reserved seats and declared later not
eligible due to invalid category certificate will not be eligible for any other seat at later stage and candidature
will be treated as cancelled.
Information filled in application form will be treated as correct for all purpose and appointment is subject to
verification with original at the time of reporting.
Those who have not exercised choice before closing date, no allocation will be made and candidature stands
cancelled.
Qualifying criteria and resolution of tie cases will be applicable as published in the recruitment notice.
Note: CBT examination is conducted in multiple shifts for a posts, the respective normalisation procedure at
AIIMS published vide Notice No. 35/2023 dated 20.01.2023 shall be applicable if required.

 Reporting
After declaration of result all successful candidate to whom a seat has been allocated are required to report
at the respective allocated institute for document verification and further necessary action within 5 days
of declaration of result.
All applicant must remain in ready state with all original certificates and documents as per eligibility criteria
including category certificate & NOCs as applicable.

Note:
 AIIMS, New Delhi reserves all rights. Decision of the Director, AIIMS New Delhi will be final in all
cases.
 In case in discrepancy English version will prevail.
