SMART GOALS

This Semester:
- Finish all of my classes and not have to retake any during the summer!
- Learn the UCF campus this semester, considering you’ll be going there next semester.
- Have a very successful graduation with friends and family. Plan the cookout for after
the graduation and also do a dinner cruise with all of my family and friends while
they’re in town!

This Year:
- Have a great first semester at UCF. ALL A’S ASHLEY (Like this sentence)
- Actually decorate my new apartment- no more living in simplicity, make it feel like
home considering I will be away from home for the first time.
- Save money
- Plan an out of country trip for next summer (summer 2020)
- Have a love life, its been some years
- Travel more in general, yes have the out of country trip in the summer as listed
above, but visit family more and travel in country as well. Get a group of friends that
actually see the importance of traveling and seeing the world. Don’t live to work, but
work to live (enjoy life).

The Next 5 Years:

- Done with my Master’s for sure
- Either going for my doctorate or working towards opening my own practice (either or
is great future Ashley, just be doing one of these)
- Engaged or Married. (I refuse to be a forever girlfriend, so if I was successful at a love
life in year one, 4 years later I should at least be the guys fiancé)
- I’ll be in my late twenties at this moment, children? Entertain the idea for sure at this
point if I don’t already have them. I don’t want to be an older mom (If married, career
taking off great, this is perfect timing)
- Have a nice condo but building dream home in a portfolio and getting ready to put it
into works over the next couple of years

The Next 10 Years:

- Be married
- Have children
- Have my dream home
- Own my practice
- Teach some classes at Universities (geared towards perception, communication,
critical thinking)
- Great health
- Traveling the world often- At this point this should at least be my 3-5 time out of the
country.
- Making frequent trips to see family, making sure my children grow up knowing all of
their family (not like me, military child)
- Own a Tesla! Or whichever car is the “new Tesla” at the time.
