I, MARIA CLEOFE PATILLA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of

Tabalong, Cebu, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law declares:

1. I am the designated General Manager of Glee Financial Solutions Inc.;

2. That respondent had already fully paid her obligation and for this reason we are
withdrawing the charges against her;

3. That being the General Manager of Gleeh Financial Solutions Inc., I am

authorized to execute and sign this Affidavit of Desistance to formally desist or
withdraw our complaint against the respondent Beatiz H. Canla;

4. That I execute this affidavit voluntarily and with full knowledge of its legal
consequences and effect, without threat and intimidation upon my person.
