Work-Life Balance

Organizations actually support the balance between work and life and have different

programs that support workers in managing the defense game. These programs can include EAP,

so that staff can get expert help to discuss issues related to stress and are more relaxed at work

and at home (Deery et al., 2015). Flexible work schedules and more hours for employees,

whether they work specific hours of the week or have any other Friday; allow employees to start

working early in the morning so they can leave early or later and stay longer (Anderson et al.,

2017). Or job exchange and part-time position.

Self-time and sick leave and leave for staff responsible for family support or personal

care needs of children; instead, running the company, but outdoor facilities or contracts have

reduced external suppliers around homes or employees in fitness programs or reduced gyms

location and fitness centers, On-site shops concierge and houses. These types of programs work.

Others - such as finishing people on increasing working hours in order to balance work/life - do

not. They often did nothing to ease the workload outside of this new condition. As a result,

employees eventually get a better job at home or arrive early to complete their work (Mas-

Machuca et al., 2016). They cover the extra because they want their managers to believe that

they cannot do their job. This is not only cumbersome but still does not pay for overtime for

them.
Christian-Biblical Worldview

The look is the window that we see reality and give meaning to life in this world. There is

no ideology, philosophy, theology, movement or religion, which offers a comprehensive

approach to the understanding of God preaching and the world and the relationship of man with

God and the world (Firestone et al., 2016). These predictions are based on the Bible's word of

God, and when you believe the Bible is true, this means, for example, that the question of

Romans 13 entitles powers of authority, considering candidates and issues, so the vote is a

priority (Begg et al., 2018). It is believed the better living is in and believe in God. Majority go

through life without realizing the vision of the world and have a very personal world. Moreover,

there are different aspects of worldview in the Old Testament and New Testament. Jesus Christ

has given us the empowerment to look at the world through better perception and improve our

morals. By following the media and other influences, the history of secular law and politics in

the United States, taking into account the knowledge, God and man affect the way of thinking

more than we think (Firestone et al., 2016). Then the world now are days are fascinated by false

philosophy and cosmetics, according to the people's traditions and the principles of this world

instead of Christ preaching (Colossians 2: 8).

In addition to, having God’s preaching and word of God with us and learning hard,

following and trusting Bible’s preaching in every area of our lives, be it to watch a movie or

communicate with their husbands or teach our children or work in the office, we can begin to

develop the depth of global debt that will be against the constant flow of ideas of our culture

(Firestone et al., 2016). If one wants to get more than God's expectations and build trust and firm

faith, then start making the right decisions, make good research questions self-reproduction in
abortion, marriage and stem cells, so that means choice (Morrow et al., 2015). Such that in the

end, we need decisions and actions that reveal what we truly believe in.

"Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of

your mind" (Romans 12:2).

Roles of leadership motivational practices in work-life balance

If you are a coach, you are able to learn more about their employees, their varied

interests, family ties, and your professional goals. When using leadership training mode, and its

role is to help workers find a difficult balance between work and personal living, so that they feel

more comfortable to work and develop their full potential (Anderson et al., 2017). Leaders using

the training method can encourage staff to continue their education and provide free time and

financial support to groups. Through training, the employee can be made to need additional

support to deal with emotional problems that can be better addressed through counseling and can

be organized. The training method is based on one-on-one interaction, which provides you with

individual responses based on employee needs (Anderson et al., 2017).

Often employees are more balanced in their work and life when given autonomy and as

they perform varying tasks throughout their day. A leader who sets predefined guidelines, they

are in a position to enhance the creativity and productivity of employees through learning and

development (Deery et al., 2015). The employees, For example, you can spend a few hours on

sheets every morning, followed by meetings with clients or afternoon walks as the events of that

day are dealt with. The staff will do the same when leaving early for family occasions

sometimes. When you give personal freedom to get out your working day with different types of
work, they may feel more balanced between the business requirements and the speed at which

they are performing their work.

Self-efficiency in work-life balance

Now are days career building is a huge responsibility to get adjusted in a continuously

changing the environment. Hence, the self-efficacy of an individual plays a vital role in

managing work and life balance. Every employee goes through various series of career decisions

and becoming increasingly entangled. Many empirical types of research have proved how work

and personal life balance can be maintained (Chan et al., 2016). To overcome the work-life

hurdles, with an association of six types of career decisions. Finally, through a recent survey

conducted with a diverse sample of 323 American employees resulted in a hierarchical

regression, which through further study shows that employees experience low balance is more

inclined to make career decisions and have fewer job demands (Poulose et al., 2018).
