To Whom It May Concern:

It is my pleasure to have worked with, Ms. Greta Hahn. Her assignment has been with first
grade students of varying abilities at John B. Dey Elementary. Ms. Hahn, in my opinion, is a
truly gifted young lady. She quickly develops good rapport with her students, establishes
good work habits, and employs consistent and fair practices in the classroom.

Ms. Hahn took an active interest in the well-being of each student in the class. The students
responded well to her engaging approach to education and genuine interest in them. Ms.
Hahn was tasked with a small group of 8 students that were in need of enrichment activities
in Language Arts. She worked with research activities in their chosen areas of interest.
Under Ms. Hahn’s guidance and encouragement, her small enrichment group consistently
made measurable gains.

As a “Teacher For Tomorrow,” Ms. Hahn was pleasant and cooperative. In addition to
being a full-time educator with the first grade, I teach in the Child Development Department
for Tidewater Community College. I have adults that have taken previous education
classes that are not as “natural” with children as Ms.Hahn has been. She is a delightful
young lady both professionally and socially.

It has been my pleasure to have worked with Ms. Hahn. She is a hard-working, well
organized, committed future teacher who has given much to the students.

I am pleased to recommend her without reservation, for any position requiring hard work,
initiative, loyalty and dedication. Please contact me if you have need of any further
information.

Yours truly,
