So the quote " To have great poets, there must be great audiences" - Walt Whitman is really a
great quote some others might not agree, but I agree with this quote. Why i agree with this quote
because without a respectful audiences you will feel like they do not care what you have too say. Also it
best fits the writer and reader I am because when I am going in front of a class i want it to be quiet and
eyes on me like they want to hear what I have to say. Also i find it rude when people are talking while
you are in front of them presenting something you worked really hard for and spending your time to do
it. If you have an audiences thats love hearing poets, speeches, and plenty of more stuff.

I agree for other reasons like really with out the audience help because they spread the word
around give good words about you and you could probably get notice by other better people at that and
offer to help you out. Also its not just having great audiences its having a great poet too because you
could have a great audience not a good poet and people would just think you didn't try your best. Most
of the people will find that rude and they will think their not good at what they do then quit their dream
or goals. Also like they one person could ruin it for every body and no one really wants that too happen.

Really in the end you don't want to have a bad audiences you want them to respect you, listen
to you, and watch you so maybe you could inspired to do something that they would probably never do
before. Plus when you wow that crowd you don't want someone to say boo you suck you would want
them to at least keep that to themselves. But all together "to have great poets, there must be great
audiences." -Walt Whitman i agree with this quote because it represents the writer i am.
