streets on dates like Halloween
serves us to get out of the daily
routine, learn different ways to
focus on traditions and discover
new places and people to enjoy.

3. Go dancing

"Dancing is a very good activity

because it helps us stay in
shape and also has multiple
psychological benefits. It helps
us to relate to other people, to
forget our concerns, to improve
our self-esteem and even to
strengthen our self-confidence.
"If we accompany the dance
with a thematic night like
Halloween, we get a very fun
combination.

4.Disfrazarse and go to a
costume party with the disguises
 we feel different, we feel that we
are in the body of another
person or personage and we
can disinhibit, and that "it serves
us to discover the fantasy, to
express our emotions and to
discover ourselves. It is also a
very healthy activity for both
adults and children.
