1. What are the advantages of learning Physical Education, in your opinion?


Answer:
Physical education is an integral part of the total education of every
child. For me, there are tons of advantages in learning physical education.
One is that the muscular strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, body
composition, and cardiovascular endurance in children are all improved.
Furthermore, it facilitates development of a student responsibility for health
and fitness. Therefore, learning physical education enables students to
acquire the skills, knowledge, and competencies necessary to live healthy
and physically active lives both at school and throughout their lives.

2. What are the 4 primary goals of physical education?

 Improved physical fitness

 Sportsmanship development
 Improved social skills

1. What is the importance of studying Physical Education and Health?


Answer:
The significance of studying Physical Education and Health is
an opportunity for students to learn about the importance of being active
and healthy, and what is required of them to do so. Thus, health and
Physical Education teaches our students that good health and safety
principles can lead to a lifetime of healthy practices, resulting in more
productive, active, and successful lives.

2. What is the difference between Physical Education and Health


Education?
Answer:
Physical education is an integral part of the curriculum
designed to promote the optimum development of the individual
physically, socially, emotionally and mentally through total body
movement in the performance of properly selected physical activities. In
other words, Physical Education would help an individual to be developed
holistically. Whereas, Health education is any combination of learning
experiences designed to help the individual and communities improve
their health, by increasing their knowledge or influencing their attitudes.
Health education builds students’ knowledge, skills and positive attitudes
about health, prevent disease and reduce risky behaviors.
