2. Part Replacement

2.1 Probe Wipe

2.1.1 Purpose And Interval

In case of contamination or leaking ,replace the probe wipe every 6 months.

2.1.2 Preparation

1. Power off the analyzer if it is running;

2. Turn off the main power switch on the right side of the analyzer and unplug the

power cord;

3. Remove the right side door;

4. Move the sampling module to the back of the analyzer;


2.1.3 Removal

1、Remove the probe wipe from the sampling module (Figure 1)

a) Disconnect the two tubes from the probe wipe;

b) Pull the wipe downward to remove the probe wipe, as indicated by the arrow

in the figure below, and remove the wipe clip;

c) Separate the wipe from sampling module in the direction of arrow;

d) Get out the inlet and outlet pipe from the wipe。

2、Installation
Repeat the above “removal” step in the reverse order。

2.2 Washers For Front And Rear Baths

2.2.1 Purpose And Interval

In case of leaking caused by ageing, replace the washers every 6 months

2.2.2 Preparation

1、Power on the analyzer to empty the fluidic system. Power off the analyzer and

unplug the power cord from the wall outlet;

2、Remove the left and right doors ,and the top cover;

3、Remove the two screws on the top cover of data board shielding box, and then

remove the top cover.(Figure 2)

4、Disconnect the bath signal lines of the WBC reaction bath or RBC reaction bath

that needs to be removed, and then loosen all buckles fastening the lines in the direction
of wiring ,until the wire is drawn to the bath.

5、Remove the screw on bath shield and take it out, then remove the shield.(Figure

3)

6、Remove the two screws on bath presser and take it out, then remove the bath

(Figure 3)

7、Pull the bath out with a distance of about 50-80 mm. Disconnect all tubes

connected to the bath. Get the signal wire from wire-protective ring and then remove the
bath assembly.

2.2.3 Replacement

Separate the front bath from the rear and replace the washers . The concave side of

the aperture must face to the front bath。(Figure 4)

2.3 Air Filter

2.3.1 Purpose And Interval

In case that volumetric tube could not drain ,replace air filter every 6 months.

2.3.2 Preparation

1、Remove the left and right side doors;


2、Position revolves pressure pump、V25、V26(Figure 5)

2.3.3 Replacement

Separate the wipes from the filters ,and replace them。

2.4 Filter Assembly

2.4.1 Purpose And Interval

In case of clog of probe wipe and P2 waste pump ,replace filter assembly every 12
months.

2.4.2 Preparation

1、Power off the analyzer;

2、Remove the right side door.

2.4.3 Replacement

1、Separate the wipe from filter assembly in the direction of arrow(Figure 6);

2、Remove the screw;

3、Replace the filter assembly.

2.5 Isolation Chamber

2.5.1 Purpose And Interval

In case that the bath could not drain or clog of P2 waste pump ,replace the isolation
chamber every 12 months.

2.5.2 Preparation

1、Power on the analyzer to empty the fluidic system. Power off the analyzer;

2、Remove the right side door;

(Figure 7)
3、Position revolves DIFF bath、WBC bath and RBC bath。

2.5.3 Replacement

1、Separate the isolation chamber assembly from the clamp;


2、Disconnect all pipes connected to the isolation chamber(Figure 8)

3、Replace the chamber.
