As senior high school graduate like you, you have encountered various activities

from your PE classes. As a result, you have experienced different learning activities that

made you a well-rounded student. In this task, we invite you to go back to the past and try

to recall how you, as a PE student, engaged into different physical activities.

expectations in physical education in college.
 My physical education experiences in high school involved dancing, I’m not a sporty
guy so I turned to dancing as forms of exercise and art. Nowadays I try to exercise at
home to keep an eye on my weight.

I prefer dancing as the best for me because as I mentioned before, I’m not a sporty guy, so
