Say: Before we start with our lesson today, may I remind


you of the following health protocols that we should
follow.

A. Wear your face mask all the time.


B. Sit properly, stay in your place unless being told
to move and observe social distancing.
C. No borrowing of materials from one another.
D. Wash and sanitize your hands as often as
needed.
E. Raise your hands if you have questions so that
the teacher can assist you.
F. Do not play with anything sharp and pointed as
they may harm you.

3. Recall the safety standards and practices to follow
by the learner’s in doing an activity.
4. Remind the learners about their individual /group
responsibilities
5. Set standards for group work.

use short bond paper and coloring materials.

1. You are a rapper. Compose a 3 stanza Rap intended for


adolescent like you which promotes the right foods to eat
during adolescence.

V.ASSIGNMENT
It is important to be aware of the foods you eat every day. The
next activity will help you analyze the foods you have taken in
for a day. It will give you a clearer picture of your daily food
diet.

Directions: List down all the foods and drinks you ate for
breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner yesterday. Indicate also
where you eat your meal in the column for source. Study the
list and check if you followed the nutritional guidelines for a
balanced diet.
