Introduce the topic with the powerpoint about helicopter parents. Ask the
students if they know what helicopter parents are or what they think they could be.
Go over the case study (in the powerpoints) and help students understand the
stories and situations that happened. Give the students scenarios and make them act
it out like a skit to further the understanding of how to handle helicopter parents
and what they are. Play the kahoot! At the end of the period answer students’
questions and make sure they understand the concept.

Assessment(s): Tie them back to your objectives


Skits performed by the students to see if they know how to handle situations
with helicopter parents.
Kahoot! about helicopter parents.
