Some things that changed for me was now understanding that each child is going to

perceive the lesson in their own way and it is our responsibility as their teacher to help them in

their own way. I would like to learn more about keeping a classroom focused and in check. I

want to know the best ways to get the students to respect you. To learn this, I would go into other

teachers classrooms and observe how each individual teacher is respected, as well as asking them

how they got that respect from the students.
