Mass Band Rehearsals for Monday, May 6th

Teachers- Monday, May 6th is our Mass Band Finale. In order to prepare for that evening’s
concert we will need some time in the morning to put 7th & 8th Grade Bands together. This will be
their only shot to rehearse together before the performance.
 
Here is the schedule for the students-
 
·         8th Grade Band: Released @ 7:45am to report to Band Room, pick up Instrument & Music
& directly onto the bus for VCHS to rehearse with the VCHS Band.

Both 8th & 7th Grade Bands will be returning to VCMS @ 9:30am & returning to
class.

6th Grade Band Students will be dismissed @ 1:30pm, report to Band Room, pick
up Instrument & Music & directly onto the bus to travel over to the High School for
rehearsal with the Intermediate 5th Grade. They will be returning at 2:30pm and
back in time for the end of classes.
