1. Give and explain the characteristic of a true leader.

a) FORWARD THINKING – They leave work each day while thinking what can be done even better
tomorrow. Leader always tend to look ahead and look for the next step and they’re not satisfied with
the “status quo” of things and are constantly trying to improve the world around them.
b) TRUSTWORTHY – someone whom you can rely on to be honest and truthful and certainly comes with
some challenges, speaking honestly in difficult situations.
c) ADAPTABILITY – They are highly adaptable and can handle all challenges that “pop up” in the way of
their long-term objective, able to adapt under any changing circumstances.
d) KNOWS HOW TO DELEGATE – a true leader must be able to delegate out tasks without seeming too
bossy or authoritative.
e) HONESTY – leaders are those who carry the burden of responsibility for the results of their companies
and businesses so it is the same when giving a feedback or analyzing results.

2. What do you mean by “WALK YOUR TALK”?

 it refers to someone who should do what he/she says. It also means one should not be different in his
action and words.

3. Given the chance, would you like to be a leader?

 Being a leader is a big responsibility to have, but if I was given the chance I think I can be a leader
someday. Yes, because I want to handle and lead people, share my knowledge and do motivations for
them to work hard and do their best for a goal to attain. I also want to show how responsible I am when
handling my team and I will act as their role models.

4. Why do you think is the reason why a leader should be:


a. Visionary
b. Charismatic

 the reason that a leader should be a visionary is that he or she take responsibility for the actions and
vision of the people that follows him/she.
 A leader should be charismatic because it can show or able to convince the employee that contributes
and give a strong personality or a strong impact into the strategies that interests of the company.
