DISMISSAL

We refer to the Domestic Inquiry held on 4th April 2019. After careful deliberation and
consider all verdict of all the judges, the management has found that you are guilty of
such allegations.

The company regard as above as a consequential act of misconducts which expose

your unethical etiquette as a salesperson. The roots of this matter are your attitudes
towards colleagues and customers by speaking with loud voice and usage of offensive
phrases during the business hour and such practice intolerable as it gives a wrong
impression towards the customer and that will tarnish company's image.

Besides, based on the police report received from the customer who has claimed that
you tried to swap the deal to a pre-owned car is unacceptable malpractice that should
not be happening because of your duty and responsibility as a salesman in this
company is to offer the product of DMM Sales Sdn Bhd.

Your act of misconduct has undermined the trust and confidence that the company had
placed in you in your role as a salesperson of the company.

The offences are unacceptable behaviour that could undermine the credibility as a
salesman that can be affected to other customers confidence, also can impact on the
company's sales.
Therefore, the company has no alternative other than to dismiss you from service with
effective from the date of this letter.

Attached herewith your EA form calculated up to 30th November, 2018 for your
attention.
