A BILL 
To create the Public Transportation Act of 2020 in Public Transportation should be free for every citizen. 

1       Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 
2   
3  SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE 
4      This act may be cited as the Public Transportation Act of 2020 
5   
6  SECTION 2. FINDINGS 
7     Congress hereby finds and declares that, 
8  1) Los Angeles City after build Metro. 
9  2) Twenty­five years after the first modern subway train rolled into Los Angeles, traffic is horrible, billions of 
10  dollars are being invested in more public transit, and ridership has been declining for years. 
11  3) The goal is to reduce traffic by giving people a powerful incentive to take alternative modes of transportation 
12  or avoid traveling during rush hour. 
13  4) Environment in Los Angeles City after build Metro. 
14  5) Compared to 2008, Metro has reduced NOx emissions by 82%. 
15  6)  In 2011 alone, the last year that Metro operated diesel buses, nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions were higher 
16  than the last three years of emissions from CNG powered buses combined (2015­2017). Compared to 2012, 
17  Metro has reduced NOx pollution by 40%. 
18  7) Metro used 71.5% from Natural Gas. (Bus Fuel) 
19  8) Car Accidents in Los Angeles City (Safe) 
20  9) Todd Litman found that riding commuter or intercity rail is about 20 times safer than driving; riding metro or 
21  light rail is about 30 times safer; and riding the bus is about 60 times safer.  
22  10) More than half of the children under the age of 15 who were killed in drunk driving accidents (121 out of 200) 
23  were riding as passengers in a vehicle with an alcohol­impaired driver.

25  SECTION 3. STATUTORY LANGUAGE 
26  A. The Public Transportation Act of 2019 all the citizen are free for all the Public Transportation the goal is all 
27  the citizen are safer and can help the  environment in whole world and it will help them to save their money 
28  from gas. Most of the Public Transportation in United States are using the natural gas and also Metro has 
29  reduced NOx pollution by 40% in 2013. So if most people using the Public Transportation it will help the 
30  whole country get better and better. 
31  B. The Public Transportation should be safer than car, So it will have more people ride the bus. 
32  C. The Public Transportation Act of 2019 can help citizen save money and also save time by using the bus.
