HEME GROUP: OXYGEN’S PERSONAL CHAUFFEUR.

A Biography
Our metaphorical anecdote began with Oxygen gas, stricken and lost in the wide unfamiliar
meadow. Oxygen gas had a very consequential role for respiration, a process that will save the world
it inhabited from eminent death. But it could only serve its purpose if it was carried to the place where
it was needed. Thus, it sought for a friend that would drive it to the vast unknown. Luckily, a stranger
came in and gave a helping hand. It offered a ride to its destination without qualm. Oxygen, our little
hitchhiker, took such pleasure of the offer. They plummeted out of the quagmire and saved the day.
Obviously, nothing about that day was great without the oxygen’s personal chauffeur, a newly found
carpool, its hero— the heme group. Now, let us know this great hero of the story.
