Executive Planning
A Waste Management Division will be established internally. This division will be held
responsible in assessing waste generation and management. They will look over the prevention of
contamination and overproduction that can be a major source of chemical waste. Specifically, their
obligation include management and/or disposal of particular waste streams, data measurement,
and handling programs for reduction of resources during productions.
Goals and Objectives
Reduce
Reduce the quantity of waste through our Waste Management Program by at least 2% every month.
Prevention of overproduction will be the target of the program.
Reuse
Refillable Alcofume bottles will be introduced to avoid purchasing new plastic bottles. Costumers
will be given an option to refill their old bottles at lower prices depending on volumes.
Recover
At times of contamination, certain procedures will be treated to purify the materials. This will help
recover the materials from becoming a waste.
Dispose
Non-reusable and non-recoverable materials will be disposed properly. Waste management and
collection services will be availed externally.
