The two reason why choose I these career?

● I want to help people choose their dream home and I want to

learn how to buy, sell and how to tell the person a good price.

● My grandma was so happy that I told her I’m going to become

 Retail Banker
An officer or owner of a bank or group of banks.

The two reason why choose I these career?

● A retail Banker works with the person to make sure that their
account and money are safe in the bank they want. I want to
make people feel safe.
● Also, I want to help the family that don’t speak english.
How many years?
● Two years at merced college then transfer to a UC
or CSU
 What college?
● Merced Community college
● transfer to a UC or a CSU
 Long or short career
● Both careers are short term career once I’m done with
college I could start working in that career.
Classes needed to graduate with your degreE
● The classes I need for become a retail banker are
accounting, finances, economic, and business.

● There’s a one year program at merced college for training

to become a real estate agent.

research
● A interesting fact about a real estate agent gets paid
36,000 a year. The more houses you sell the higher the
pay.

● The two types of commercial banking and retail banking

both are very different.
