As Wood we share a collective vision to inspire with ingenuity, partner with agility and create

new possibilities.

It’s a vision I’m extremely passionate about – it’s bold and it’s compelling. And I’m thoughtful
of how we bring that vision to life – how we make it real across our business.

And that’s where strategy comes in.

We are constantly scanning the world around us. We are adept at recognising the scale and pace
of change and evolve our business with it. In fact we evolve because of it. We are a business that
embraces change.

Every business needs to have a clear strategy and a strong purposeful sense of direction. It needs
to work for today, tomorrow and the next day but equally it needs to position us to grow.

So, our strategy has been to transform and to broaden into a business with a balanced portfolio of
services and sectors. That's made us more resilient, its unlocked growth and its enhanced
opportunities for our people.

We are appropriately diversified and highly differentiated; operating a platform from which we
can, and I firmly believe will, achieve significant and sustainable growth.

Now our focus is on unlocking our potential and delivering substantial outcomes for our
customers, our business and you - our people.

We’ll achieve this through our strategy.

And grow, as I’ve said, in a manner that is both significant and sustainable. So with that, we’ve
developed a strategy that will be powered by four key components.

Firstly – Agile teams.

The future of people in our organisation is something I’m extremely passionate about – I believe
it is central to our success. We are a people business after all. Our people are at the heart of all
that we do, and all that we achieve.

As Wood we have such a vast geographic and sector spread and unlocking our full potential for
success is about being agile in the movement and deployment of our most talented people.

Making sure we have the right people in the right place at the right time. This will give us
outstanding outcomes for our customers. And it will give you all extraordinary career
opportunities.

You told us, in our employee survey last year, that having clear visibility of your career path and
opportunities at Wood is important to you. It’s important to me too.
We listened. We've made improvements and I'm passionate that you feel supported and inspired
to be proactive to grow your career as our business grows. To drive your own personal success,
as part of our success as a business.

Exceptional Execution.

We will be powered by a shared commitment to being exceptional in all that we delivery.

Providing value add outcomes for our customers. Every single time. Building trust, assurance
and a strong reputation through outcomes that are consistent, predictable and superior.

That is our future.

Commercial Acumen.

We’ll be more commercially astute than ever. We’ve already made some great roads in that in
terms of the risk management framework we’ve put in place for the business, but I do feel we
need to make sure we are always rewarded for the value we bring our customers.

And that risk reward equation will be front and centre in every decision that we make. How we
deploy people, how we deploy capital and where we invest in the future.

And finally – Technological Advantage.

I am proud of the fact we’ve got an unrivalled playbook of technical achievements across the
globe, wherever we operate.

And I’m determined that our strategy focuses on taking this to the next level – using technology
to the advantage of our customers and our solutions. Finding greater efficiencies and creating
new ideas that solve our client’s challenges.

Becoming smarter, quicker, more cost effective by marrying the know-how that is uniquely ours
with the leading-edge technology that truly differentiates what and how we deliver.

So you’ll hear a lot about strategy over the coming weeks and months.

Be curious. Be thoughtful. And engage with it.

Think about what it means to you. None of us have a crystal ball to the future, this looks 3-5
years out, what do your next 3-5 years look like?

What role do you want to play in the direction of our organisation? What do you want your own
success to look like as part of our shared success?

A strategy is only as good as it is brought to life in a business. And your support and engagement
will be fundamental to our achievements.
I am extremely optimistic and ambitious about what we can deliver together. And that is
significant and sustainable growth in the long term as an enduring organisation.

It’s exciting, and I’m confident we are well positioned to take advantage of the great
opportunities before us as Wood. I very much look forward to building our exciting future,
together.

Thank you
