PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES :-

100% PAYMENT NEED TO BE CLEARED BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE.

Payment Policy:

• 60 % on Confrmation of the tour

• 20% to be paid 60 Days prior to Departure
• 20% to be paid 30 Days prior to departure
Cancellation Policy:

• From Date of Booking till 45 days before the departure 70% of the tour cost

• 44 Days to 30 days before the departure 85% of the tour cost

• 29 Days to 01 days before the departure 100% of the tour cost

Important Notes:-

 Airline / Room / Cabin Upgrades and Complimentary are not included unless
specifcally mentioned.
 Rates are valid for travel as per the mentioned duration excluding any congress /
trade fairs / block out dates. Hotels might charge surcharge and that will be
supplement to the cost
 Cost for Early Check – in is not included in the package cost. Late Check – out, if
require then it will be at additional cost.
 Quote does not include mineral water, alcohol in room, at meals, during transfers
and on sightseeing is not necessarily included in the cost.
 As you are aware most of the countries charge for mineral water and in case, it is
needed on transfers & sightseeing an additional it will have to be paid for in
addition to the tour price. All Hotels do not have tea/cofee making facility in room.
The same difers hotel-to- hotel and city-to-city.
 Late sitting in a restaurant for meals is totally subject to the terms & conditions of
the hotel / restaurant used it. It will be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
 We are not holding any reservations for the above group. Confrmation is subject to
availability on clients preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost.
Alternative dates will be provided on which the same price can be maintained.
 Prices are subject to change with any increase in the costs.
 Price does not include items of personal nature such as tips, misc. expenses,
laundry, liquor, porter, etc.
 Rates include only those items listed in itinerary.
 If passengers do not arrive or depart with the group, additional charges will be
incurred.
 In case of currency fuctuations of more than 3% or amendment in local
Government taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
 Should the group arrive during a trade fair/festival or high demand period,we
reserve the right to amend the prices accordingly or ofer an Alternative location.
