Day 1
Arrival at Port Blair+ Corbyn’s cove beach+ National Memorial Cellular Jail+ Sound and
Light Show at Cellular Jail
Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and our representative will be waiting
outside holding a placard with your name on it. You will be taken to your hotel where you relax

and rest. After some rest proceed to the nearest Beach, Corbyn's Cove. The Crescent shaped
coconut palm fringed Corbyn's Cove ideal for swimming & bathing, a stretch of around 4 Km with
an open sea towards your left is a sight to experience then you will visit the extremely popular
Cellular Jail. An excursion to the jail will surely make your family holiday memorable. Formerly
known as Kala Pani Later proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail
- where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Enacting of freedom
fighters and their struggle for India's Independence is enacted during this trip. Post completion of
this trip, we drop you back to your hotel. Night Stay at Port Blair. .

Day 2
Transfer from Port Blair to Havelock by Ferry + Radhanagar Beach
This Day of your Andaman tour starts early. You board the morning ferry from Port Blair to
Havelock Island. Carry packed breakfast (Eat Light). This journey is of around 2 hours. On
reaching, get transferred to the respective hotels to complete the check-in formalities. Unwind
yourself. In the late afternoon, you visit the popular Radhanagar Beach, which is also known as
Beach No 7. It was also rated as the 'Best Beach in Asia' by the Time Magazine. Sunset views
appear truly magical from this beach. This beach is known as a fine sand beach and has clear
crystal water. Around 6 pm you will be received by our representative. Back to the hotel for
unwinding and overnight stay. .

Day 3
Transfer to Neil via Ferry + (Bharatpur & Laxmanpur Beach + Natural Bridge)
Post breakfast in the morning, check out from the hotel. Board a ferry from Havelock and get
transferred to the Neil Island. On arrival, you will be transferred to the respective hotels for
check-in. Your Andaman tour package allows you to enjoy a visit to the very popular Bharatpur
beach and Laxmanpur Beach, and the famour natural rock formatted coral bridge in the evening.
Back to the hotel for unwinding and overnight stay. .

Day 4
Return to Port Blair - Chidiyatapu Beach with Sunset Point
After breakfast gets a transfer to Port Blair by Cruzz and check-in in the hotel. After resting start
your journey by car 30 Km (approx.) to visit Chidiyatapu Beach. It is the southernmost tip of
South Andaman. As its name, this is favorite destination for bird watchers. Its lush green
mangroves, forest cover with numerous chirping birds and the Sylvan Sands make it an ideal
picnic site. Forest guesthouse situated on top of a hillock providing a fabulous view of isolated
islands, one of the best and breath-taking sunset in the entire Port Blair. Back to the hotel for
unwinding and overnight stay. .

Day 5
Departure from Port Blair - Drop to Airport
Today, you will say a final goodbye to the Port Blair city. Later, check out of the hotel and get
transferred to the airport for your journey back home. .

Vehicles are point to point, any deviation in the itinerary would cost an

You can request reception in case you wish to extend your check-out time or
Early Check-In without an additional amount and it depends upon the hotel
whether they can do so or not.

All efforts will be made to complete the tour within the stipulated time as per the
itinerary, however, we may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather
conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
There shall be no refund if a particular point is closed because of any
unavoidable reason, however, we shall try our best to provide an alternate point
in the same.
Cruise Tickets & Seats are subject to availability. Adjacent seats and requested
cruise are subject to availability. We’ll try our level best to provide you asked
cruise however there is no surety.
If Pvt ferry is not operational then Govt ferry shall be given.
Avail the service of Scuba Dive instructors having certification of
international/professional organizations like PADI, CMAS, NAUI, BSAC and SSI
for safe diving experience.
The duty hours for drivers is from 8.00 AM to 8 PM. (as per the regulation set by
the driver associations, any request post and before these hours shall be
subjected to drivers Availability). These timing are not applicable for arrivals/pick
up.
If required you can request the hotels for Late Check – out/Early Check – in
and the hotels will do the needful subject to availability of the room.
Before leaving the vehicle for the day, discuss the schedule for next morning
with the driver.
Restaurants in Andaman closes by 9-10 PM, Plan your Dinner accordingly.
You will not encounter loud music, disco lights or parties here on a regular
basis. Nights are usually quiet and most people get to bed soon to wake early
and make maximum use of the day light hours.
The price of a meal depends entirely on where you eat and what you order. A
nice quaint restaurant will cost you between Rs.300 to Rs.500 per person and
can go up to 3000 Per Person as well depending on what is ordered.
Health services are limited on the Andaman Islands due mainly to their
remoteness and low population, though there are some good medical services in
Port Blair, at the G.B. Pant hospital.
One should keep in mind that the sun sets by 5:30 pm at the Andaman islands.
Thus, it is advised to wake up early to make the most of your day.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF ANDAMAN OCEAN TOURISM

If you cancel your Holiday or any member of your party may cancel their travel
arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the
person who made the booking must be made to initiate a refund into your account. The
cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

1. All the asymptomatic fully vaccinated passengers are exempted from the
requirement of carrying an RT-PCR negative test report, irrespective of the type
of vaccine received and country of origin. All other passengers viz.
unvaccinated and partially vaccinated shall have to produce RT-PCR negative
test reports to travel to Port Blair. Such RT-PCR test should have been taken
within 48 hours prior to commencement of the journey from the origin airport
connecting Port Blair. Asymptomatic Children below 5 years are excepted from
carrying any RTPC.
2. Credit Note shall be given in case of travel restriction / Lockdown / Passenger

3. Cancellation in More than 28 days of Trip Start date due to any personal
reasons – 25% of the total amount.
4. Cancellation in less than 28 days and more than 6 days of Trip Start date due to

5. Cancellation in less than 5 days of the Trip Start date due to any personal
reasons – 100% of the total amount.
6. No refund will be given for no-show due to cancellation of flight/ferry due to
technical/weather conditions.
7. No refunds would be offered on the Cruzz tickets if already purchased.
8. No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15th December to 15th January
because of High Peak Season.
9. No refund/adjustment will be given for no-show/changes in the schedule due to
cancellation of flight/ferry due to technical/weather conditions, guests will bear if
any extra cost is applied anywhere.
10. Refunds will be allowed only as per our cancellation policy. Refunds for missed
sightseeings and cancellation due to Govt Cause/No-show/early check-
out/unused nights due to disruption/cancellation of flight/ferry due to
technical/weather and sea conditions/ will not be entertained.
11. Andaman Ocean Tourism shall not incur any liability for any loss or damage
resulting from events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of Andaman
Ocean Tourism. Such events, occurrences, or causes will include, without
limitation, acts of God, civil disorder, strikes, lockouts, server and network
failure, riots, acts of war, cyclones, tsunamis, earthquakes, inclement weather
conditions, any other natural disasters, disease or medical epidemics or
outbreaks, change/cancellation in timings of ferries/flights, change in travel
advisories by competent authorities, fire and explosions.

Other Info

** We are not responsible for any Ferry changes due to bad weather condition or a
technical problem, sailing of ferry absolutely depends on weather conditions.

**If Elephant Beach is closed, then Kalapather beach shall be given in the replacement
of the same.

**Please note that we do not regulate check inn and check out timings of the hotels,,
any request of early check inn and late check out is subject to Hotels Guidelines.

**Balance Payment if any to be collected on the first day of arrival only latest by 2 PM,
any delay in this may discontinue the services.
