I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Donavan Navarro. I highly recommend Mr. Navarro
be granted the scholarship he is seeking.

I have known Donavan for the past four years as he has taken the following courses that I teach:
Computer Programming 1 and 2 and within our department, accounting 1 and 2. As his professor, I have
had an opportunity to observe his participation and interaction in class and to evaluate Donavan’s
knowledge of the subject matter. He is an outstanding student in all respects. Donovan has proven that
through hard work, follow through, and teamwork, he can accomplish tasks in a courteous and timely
manner.

I have found him to be a very dedicated and exceptional student. Donavan has proven this time and time
again by his exceptional performance in my class. ​He always goes beyond the basic assignments
requirements leading the development many outstanding programs, and always completing them early.

Mr. Navarro is well equipped to grow from challenges that he is presented with. His is hardworking,
determined and well-motivated. He has a grit that is seldom found in my students today. I feel he is well
prepared for the business and accounting curriculum at your University. I strongly endorse Donavan
Navarro for the business scholarship he has applied.
