Goal #2:
Add the Early Childhood
Education endorsement to my
teaching certification.
I chose this goal because I intend to
continue to work with students from
birth to eight years old. It is important
to know how needs of this age group
is different than other age groups as
they develop their social-emotional
skills. It will help these students grow
in ways more than just academically
but can also help students to
academically grow and help students
to learn their best way for their age.
Summer 2020

6/1/19: Complete coursework, receive

Goal #3:
Meet with every student twice a
week for both math and
language arts for individualized
small groups; hold conferences
with students to set goals and see
where they are in their skills.
I chose this goal because I see the
most growth when I get to work with
students in specific and intentional
groups to work on what students.
Information can be tracked and
worked on while growing individual
skills and introducing goals and the
next skills. Mini-conferences are
helpful because the teacher can stay
on top of what students are working
on, check in with them, then continue
to grow those skills.
