Skimcoat
ZEMCOAT is a specially formulated skimcoat for interior
and exterior thin plastering applications. It covers pinholes,
smoothens imperfections and corrects surface unevenness
of raw concrete and plastered surfaces on walls, columns,
beams and ceilings. ZEMCOAT has high bonding strength, Technical Data
is resistant to hairline cracks and has a perfect silky smooth
finish. It is available in Regular and Super Fine, depending slight (3% maximum)
on the desired application thickness. 0.99

HOW TO USE
1. Substrate must be structurally sound, clean and free from
loose concrete, dirt, form oils and other contaminants. ZEMCOAT
NOTE: Wet substrate well with clean tap water prior to ZEMCOAT
application, especially on areas exposed to heat or sunlight.

MIXING TIME: 2-3 minutes. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes.

3. While the substrate is still damp, apply ZEMCOAT evenly
using a steel trowel to the desired thickness of 2-5mm. If desired
application thickness is 0-2mm, use ZEMCOAT Super Fine.
Setting Time: 30 minutes. If there is a need to increase the
application thickness, apply a second coat of ZEMCOAT just
before the first coat is about to set. Smoothen the surface to the
desired finish just before the setting time lapses. Note: Ready
to accept any further finishing after curing time of 24 hours.

SAFETY / STORAGE
Non-toxic. However, as with any cementitious material, avoid
prolonged skin contact. When stored in a cool dry place and
in its original packaging, ZEMCOAT will remain usable for a
pe riod of 6 -12 mon ths from da te of man ufa cture .
