    Application for Registration

    This is with reference to your Registration application filed vide ARN AA100519003981H Dated - 06/05/2019 The Department
    has examined your application and is not satisfied with it for the following reasons:

    1 Address of the business premises is not matching with the document uploaded. Please upload any
    document with correct address details, in support of the ownership of the premises like latest property
    tax receipt or Municipal Khata Copy or copy of Electricity Bill having business premises address or
    correct the address mentioned in 16(a) under Address of Principal Place of Business.

    You are directed to submit your reply by 20/05/2019

    If no response is received by the stipulated date, your application is liable for rejection. Please note that no further notice /
    reminder will be issued in this matter
