has examined your application and is not satisfied with it for the following reasons:

1 Business Details - Document Upload - Others (Please specify) - Upload the Certificate of Incorporation
and whole document relating to Article of Association and M.O.A. Pls Upload the required document in
Tab No-01 (Business Details).
2 Principal Place of Business - Document Upload - Others (Please specify) - Pls upload the rent agreement
on proper denomination of stamp paper (Rs 1000). Kindly Upload full name and address with Adhaar &
PAN of the witness in the rent agreement. Rent & Electricity bill should be signed by the Lessor and
Lessee on all pages.Pls upload the scan copy of self-attested PAN & Aadhar of the land owner along
with rent agreement in order to verify the signature of the Lessor.Pls Upload the all required document
in proper Tab No-5 (Principal Place of Business).
