    or upload additional documents. Please upload ownership proof of premise- 1.The scan copy of current
    Property tax receipt & Clear Land record ( Porcha) of owner 2.Clear electricity bill of the
    premise/owner with valid consumer id and installation No. 3. Trade licence of applicant in principal
    place of business.

    You are directed to submit your reply by 20/01/2023

    If no response is received by the stipulated date, your application is liable for rejection. Please note that no further notice /
