1 Business Details - Details of your Business - Others (Please specify) - As per Rule 8 of the CGST Rules,
2017 every applicant shall before applying for registration, declare his Permanent Account Number,
Mobile Number, E-mail address. It appears that the mobile number and email id does not belong to the
applicant and in violation of Rule 8 of the CGST Rules, 2017. Please substantiate your ownership for
the same supported by relevant document
2 Principal Place of Business - Document Upload - Others (Please specify) - Kindly upload NOTARIZED
Affidavit by the Consenter / Owner of the declared premises declaring that "the premises was given
Rent-free to the applicant to declare & allow it as Principal Place of Business in terms of Section 2(85)
of CGST Act, 2017" with Notarial Register Sr. No. and 'Before Me' stamp affixed on it.
