RENTAL/LEASE BASIS & was given Rent-free to the applicant to declare & allow it as Principal
Place of Business in terms of Section 2(85) of CGST Act, 2017., with latest photo of all owners of the
premises, Sr. No. & Date of Entry in Notary register & "Before Me" stamp affixed on affidavit.
