has examined your application and is not satisfied with it for the following reasons:

1 Business Details - Document Upload - Others (Please specify) - 1. The legible ownership document of
the property (Any one-Conveyance Deed, Allotment Letter, Property Tax Receipt, Lal Dora Certificate,
GPA, Sale Deed etc.) along with NOC and identity and residence proof of owner of property. 2. Valid
rent agreement with photographs pasted of both parties & witnesses on front page along with their
name, address and telephone nos. Photograph of principal place of business. Also PAN Card of land
lord/lady.
